Refund policy

Although each piece is made with lots of love and care, some of the pieces will need a little more love. With ceramics sometimes flaws like glaze imperfections, chips, cracks, crazing etc...  can be expected so please consider all these possibilities before purchasing a piece that has been labelled SECONDS.

Each product description is written to be as transparent as possible to ensure that you are fully aware of what you will receive. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item was damaged upon arrival. In the unfortunate event that a purchased piece is blemished or damaged during transport or upon delivery, please send an email to me at littlekoceramics@gmail.com with the details and photos of the damages. I will do my absolute best to find the best solution for you! As for now, please note all purchases are final. Thank you!
